Getting the Most Out Of Our Signature Sauces!

Use these guides and recipe ideas to bring our international comfort food flavors to your family’s dinner table.

All of our signature sauces are versatile and can be used in many different ways in your kitchen. Here are some general instructions before we share sauce-specific recipes.

To Use As a Base Sauce

Mix the sauces with cream, broth, or another base to bring a punch of flavor to your favorite recipes.

To Use As a Marinade

Mix 2 tablespoons sauce with 1/2 cup of neutral oil (vegetable, canola, etc.). Pour over ingredients to be marinated and let sit for 30 minutes - 4 hours.

To Use As a Sandwich Spread

Mix 2 tablespoons sauce with 1/4 cup mayonnaise, then spread it on your favorite sandwich.

To Use As a Dipping Sauce

Warm the sauce in the microwave or on the stovetop and serve alongside chicken tenders, meatballs, mozzarella sticks, eggrolls - or just about anything else you can think of!

To Use As Is

Simply use as you would any other jarred sauce to top meats, vegetables, seafood or other meals. You can also add a couple of tablespoons to noodles, rice, potatoes or other starch to make a killer side dish.

*For all our sauces, we recommend bringing them to room temperature prior to using (if they have been refrigerated). You can place them in a bowl of warm water or microwave for a few seconds to help.

Also make sure to shake them well prior to use.

 

Asian Island

Enjoy a fusion of asian umami flavors with our Plating Grace and Grub Asian Island Sauce! 

Asian Island gives true umami to meats, seafood or veggies. Use as a marinade, brush on grilled meats or seafood, or use 1-2 Tablespoons as a base for any stir fry.

Creamy Parisian

Send your taste buds to France to experience buttery herbs, citrus notes and a delectable creaminess with our Plating Grace and Grub Creamy Parisian Sauce!

Creamy, rich, savory and bright flavors highlighted by Herbs de Provence, garlic, dealcoholized white wine, and cream give a flavorful elegance to any meats, seafood or vegetables.  It can be used as a marinade, warmed as a finishing sauce, or even a base for a creamy noodle dish.  Use in place of hollandaise sauce over your favorite dish for a little French inspiration.

Italian Seaside

Enjoy our zesty take on this classic Southern Italian staple with our Plating Grace and Grub Italian Seaside Sauce!

Italian Seaside is perfect for your favorite pasta. Use this to sauté meats or veggies, or as a base sauce - just add either water, more tomato sauce or even cream to reach your desired consistency and use.  Use this as a flavor enhancer for your pasta sauce, or use it as a spread for pizza.
